Jay Cutler who is the reigning Mr.Olympia is not olny one not to mess with on stage but in business as well. Jay is taking a supplement company to court saying they used his image without permission. The supplement company is denying it saying it was a computer generated image. So Jay has left it up to a judge.

Jay Wearing a Fight Shirt?
Is Jay into MMA? I think so. In his new video From Jay to Z he's is seen online looking up information on the Baroni verse Shamrock eklite xc fight as he was eating.
So i'm sure the Cuts is a fan of MMA. Jay's Max Muscle store in Venice is now stocking Max Muscle Fightwear. Here is a picture of Jay sporting the newest Max Muscle fight shirt.
How Did Jay Cutler look at 19 Years Old
Jay started bodybuilding at a young age and it was his work ethic that has now made him a two time Mr. Olympia champion. Not only has Jay changed but thank goodness fashion has as well. He was a big at 19 and just keeps adding mass. To all those jay Cutler fans here is some early pictures.
Jay Cutlers DVD'S
If you haven't watched Jay Cutler DVD's your missing out. Jay not only trains like a animal but you get a look at his life. You see all of Cutler's ridiculous cars and homes. Looked Ripped Like Jay Cutler
A lot of you reading this blog about Jay Cutler inspire to have his physique. Most of you will never be as bigged as Jay. I mean Jay is a professional bodybuilder for a living. His diet is the same year round and it's his job to diet and train.
But anyone with the right knowledge can look a lot better. You can look like a bodybuilder with great muscle and low bodyfat. There is a great ebook out there called Burn the Fat. If you follow it's advice you can get ripped to shreds.
It tells you what to eat and what not to. Body fat has been dropping off me. What really impressive is in tough spots to lose fat like the lower abs has not been an issue. It's all diet. So even though you might not look like Jay Cutler professional bodybuilder you can still look impressive. Click here to watch the Burn the Fat video

Muscletech is a Proud Sponsor of Jay Cutler
Muscletech bodybuilding supplements is a proud sponsor of Jay Cutler. They should be proud. Jay is a great spokesman to bodybuilding and for Muscletech. Some say he won the Mr. Olympia because Muscletech sponsored it. If that's the case why did Gustavo Badell place in 7th? Jay deserved the win. It was a little sketchy on Friday night with him being soft. He showed up 2 points that night and I do disagree with that.
On Saturday night Jay looked a lot harder and drier then Friday night. He was bigger and had the best back on stage. Victor, Dexter and Wolf looked great but didn't beat Cutler. Anyway i'm done with that rant. Here is a full page dedicated to Jay's win on Muscletech's website.

Jay Cutler Guest Posed in Austrailia
North County Times reviews Jay Cutler's website!
Looking for muscle, check out Cutler's site
By: ERIC BREIER - Staff Writer
Nothin but net with the Chargers playing at Denver today, I figured it was the perfect time for a review of a Broncos-related site.
The obvious choice would be former Torrey Pines High standout John Lynch. You can't go wrong with a local guy, right? The only problem is that Lynch's Web site is all about his foundation. I'm sure his foundation is a worthy cause, but there's not much in the way of football there.
View a Slide Show
Champ Bailey would be a solid second choice. He's exciting on the field and seems to have some personality off it. But go to www.champbailey.com and all you get is a "coming soon" notice.
A look at www.tatumbell26.com seemed worthwhile. A visit to the Web site gives you the impression Bell plays for the Broncos. He doesn't. He's with the Lions now, despite no mention of it on his Web site, so that one didn't make much sense.
That left quarterback Jay Cutler. A wise man once said you can never go wrong with coverage of a team's quarterback so I went to www.jaycutler.com to check out Denver's rising star. There was just one small problem. The site doesn't belong to the Broncos' Cutler. It's actually the Web site of a bodybuilder named Jay Cutler, who has won a couple of Mr. Olympia titles.
But if rhythmic gymnastics is a sport, why not bodybuilding? So, with apologies to the Broncos' QB, let's dive right in to the world of the bodybuilding Cutler, a man whose physique might frighten The Incredible Hulk.
Cool stuff
- Apparently bodybuilders are in demand. Cutler has a thorough schedule of his public appearances. Mark it on your calendar now: he will be at the Orange County Muscle Classic in Anaheim on April 26.
- Cutler breaks down his diet and training schedule. He even throws in his wife's recipe for fat-free oatmeal cookies. This guy would never make it as a sports writer.
- Cutler includes year-by-year bodybuilding highlights, gives the vital stats on measurements of his calves, biceps, etc., and even offers a small bio.
Check at the door
- Everybody has to make a living, but this guy sells everything: T-shirts, visors, beanies, DVDs, signed photos and more. I'm surprised he gives visitors his wife's fat-free oatmeal cookie recipe gratis. On the plus side, it's one-stop shopping for all your holiday needs. But choose wisely. There are no refunds or exchanges on apparel.
The grade
Cutler is one buff dude. His Web site doesn't have quite as much muscle, but it's not bad. Give it three out of five mouses.
Staff writer Eric Breier was going to try out the fat-free oatmeal cookie recipe from Mrs. Cutler, but he prefers his cookies with fat. Lots of it. He can be reached at ebreier@nctimes.com.

Did Jay Deserve to Win Mr.Olympia?
The New Flex magazine's cover say's did Jay deserve the win. I'm sure all these questions is burning Jay Cutler up. With Jay's work ethic I'm sure we'll see a whole new Jay this year at the Mr. Olympia contest. If you tick Jay off he just works harder. I can't wait to see what he does this year to make sure people think he in fact does indeed to be Mr.O.

Jay Cutler Doing Three Hours of Cardio a Day
I just re-watched Jay Cutlers Ripped to Shreds DVD. I feel he had one of his best looks in this DVD. He was doing cardio up to 3 hours a day. Jay would even shock his body and wake up out of a dead sleep at 1 or 2 in the morning to go to the gym to do cardio. His waist looked smaller and shredded in these videos. Cutler was ripped to shreds. He also had a few pieces of cardio in his garage including and actual stair stepper. Jay said that his hamstrings and glute tie in's never looked better by doing the stair stepper. That's not an easy piece of equipment to find. Even a lot of gyms don't have a stair stepper. You see a lot of ellipticals and tread mills but not the good old stair stepper. I did do some research and found them at a good price. Click here to get a stair stepper and get more ripped.

The Jay Cutler Diet
Here is an example of what Jay eats. This is from a interview that Ron did from GetBig.
My diet is more extreme this year. In 2002, my prep started eleven weeks out from the Arnold Classic, but my body was somewhat down, because I had dieted already for the Olympia in 2001. For the 2003 Arnold, I started 16 weeks out. I am on a much more lower calorie diet, much more cardio, same weights as last year, same training schedule twice a day, five days a week. Two days on, one day off. I train at Gold's Gym on Sahara & Decatur in Las Vegas. Craig Titus trains at the Gold's Gym at Buffalo & Lake Mead. I do see him from time to time. I have not seen Chris Cormier yet, but my friend told me that Chris is in Vegas building a house. I hear Dennis Newman lives out here too.
I also work with Chris Aceto in terms of nutrition, but I do a lot on my own. I kind of do it day to day. Sometimes I eat 1,500 calories, sometimes I eat 5,000 calories. I do not have a normal schedule. In a day, I can drop 4 pounds or bring it up. It is all about fine tuning. With experience, I am able to learn and nail it correctly. On this diet, I eat no chicken, no turkey, no red meats. I eat fish (cod, red snapper, tilapia), Pro-M3 powder, and I have egg whites. Salmon is good fat, but it is a little higher in fat for me. I only have about 250 grams of protein a day, with a maximum of 300 grams of protein a day. On a normal day, I only have about 300-400 grams of carbs, but sometimes I go as low as 200 grams of carbs, and sometimes, I eat between 700 - 800 grams of carbs a day. I eat tons of vegetables, a lot of broccoli and asparagus, all the greens. I take a supplement to help maintain my fat.
Right now my days consist of preparing my food, taking care of my mail order, training twice daily, answering emails, tanning, and cardio. Also, going to the supermarket daily (Albertsons is the closest one to me, as they have a pretty good fish section). Sixteen weeks of stagnant straight dieting.
During the offseason, I eat oppisite. I won't eat any fish, but I will eat red meats, chicken, and turkey, but I stay on a very good diet offseason. I won't go and eat pizza or burgers. Even offseason, I train twice a day, but not as much cardio.
I currently have ten meals a day, and eat most of my carbs close to my training times. My last meal at night is usually around 8pm, and I have a shake, and my first meal is about 7am (oatmeal and egg whites). I don't eat during the night, but usually I take glutamine powder.
I drink three gallons of water a day, and because of this, I get up to use the bathroom at night, and I keep the glutamine by the sink and take 5-10 grams of glutamine when I go. Only ISS Glutamine. That's the best.
I'm sure Jay changed his supplements to Muscletech who he is sponspored by now.

Jay Cutlers Seen in Sports Illustrated
Finally bodybuilding gets a blurb in Sports Illustrated Magazine. There are two Jay Cutlers. First our favorite Mr. Olympia and second the one who plays for the Denver Bronco's. Because of Mr. Olympia's size he get's mistaken for the bronco player who looks weak in comparison. So bodybuilding just got some positive press in the biggest sports magazine there is. Jay Cutler the bodybuilder is a great ambassador of the sport.

Jay Defends his Win on Bodybuilding Radio
After Jays win there was a lot of talk that it was just given to him. Every Mr. Olympia seems to have someone complaining abut the judging. It is also very rare to dethrown a current Mr. Olympia. Jay accomplished that last year and people loved it. This year people are saying he didn't deserve it. Even Jay said good things Fans aren't judges. He did admit that he was off on Friday night.
Now you can listen to Jay answer the hard questions on bodybuilding radio.

Critique of Jay Cutlers New DVD Jay to Z
I will first say I own all of Jay Cutlers DVD's. I love them all. Not only do they motivate me but they tought me a few things. I gained over 20 pounds of muscle just by eating more. I got motivated to eat more by watching Jay on these DVD's constantly eating.
I like seeing the lifestyle side of Jay as well. I like that Jay is all business in the gym and out. He has tremendous work ethic and this shows not only in his physique but in his cribs show. Jay shows in this new video more ridiculous automobiles and his huge home.
He has a segment where he trains heavy and hardcore at Gold gym in venice the mecca.
Some of the weight he is pushing is crazy. Plus you get some guest appearances by Phil Heath, Chris Cormier, and Darrem Charles.
If you liked any of Cutlers other DVD's you'll enjoy this six hour monster.

Should Jay Cutler Won Mr. Olympia?
This years Mr. Olympia contest was full of controversy. Jay Cutler defended his title and won his second Sandow. I was expecting to see Jay look as good as he did in 2001 where he should have beat Ronnie Coleman. I at least expected him to come in lean hard and dry like in his dvd Ripped to Shreds.
On Thursday Jay looked huge at the Mr. Olympia press conference. He was tan and looked huge in his warm ups. I thought watching the live feed of the press conference that Jay is on. Then at the prejuding on Friday I was shocked to see Cutler soft and holding that much water. I've never seen Jay not prepared to battle.
I have to say as a Jay Cutler fan I was disappointed. Victor Martinez was huge, symetrical, and ripped. Dexter was Dexter always perfect. Then came Dennis Wolf which no one saw coming that looked like he could take the show. What an awesome line up at this years Mr. Olympia.
Then Saturday at the big show Jay did harden up. He looked way better than he did on Friday night. But let's face it Jay was not the best Jay Cutler we have seen. Should Victor, Dexter, or Wolf won? There is a lot of talk about this.
